Mongo is the new proposal in dining, especially in Asian cuisine. Our philosophy is described in three phrases: fresh ingredients, healthy eating, fast service.

We have organized our restaurant operations with the customer at the center. The customer is not a passive observer outside the food preparation process, but becomes the one who determines the ingredients and flavors of their dish.

They choose the ingredients they prefer themselves from Mongo’s rich buffet (vegetables, sauces, spices, meat, rice, noodles), with our experienced staff available to advise whenever needed. In the kitchen, we combine the freshest ingredients with the shortest cooking time (using wok cooking) in order to preserve most of the nutrients of the ingredients.
