TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

Object of the Competition

The public limited company under the name “TALIMA - ELKA PARKING PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY FOR MANAGEMENT AND EXPLOITATION OF REAL ESTATE AND OPERATION OF PUBLIC USE CAR PARKS - TECHNICAL - CONSTRUCTION (276 Vouliagmenis Avenue, Agios Dimitrios, Attica) (hereinafter the “Organizer”), owner of the Shopping Center “Athens Metro Mall” (hereinafter “Athens Metro Mall”), announces a competition entitled “FIFA World Cup 2026 Competition” (hereinafter the “Competition”).

Eligibility to Participate in the Competition

Subject to the provisions set out in clause 3 below, any natural person over 18 years of age and resident in Greece is entitled to participate in the Competition, in accordance with the more specific provisions of clause 4 below (hereinafter the “Participants”).

Exclusion of Participants

Employees of the Organizer, employees of subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies of the Organizer, as well as first-degree relatives of the above employees and spouses of such employees, are excluded from the Competition.

Method of Participation in the Competition

During the duration of the Competition, i.e. from 11.06.2026, 09:00 a.m. until 19.07.2026, 20:00 p.m. (the “Duration of the Competition”), each Participant is required to proceed cumulatively with the following actions:
(a) to make purchases at the physical stores of Athens Metro Mall totaling at least thirty euros (€30.00) (the “Purchase”) (valid upon presentation of all receipts of the same day at the info desk of Athens Metro Mall, with a maximum right of participation of one entry form per person per day),
(b) to obtain from the info desk and complete the special entry form for the Competition (the “Form”), including their full name, email address, telephone number and signature, and
(c) to place the Form into the special sealed box located at the info desk of Athens Metro Mall, where entries will be collected and securely stored until the draw date.

The Participant may declare that they wish to receive newsletters and promotional material from the Organizer by selecting the relevant field in the Form. It is expressly clarified that this declaration is not a prerequisite for participation in the Competition.

The completion and submission of the Form as above constitutes submission of participation in the Competition, which is carried out under the sole responsibility of each Participant.

The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate an entry if it deems, at its sole discretion, that such entry violates the Terms of Participation.

Prizes

The prizes of the Competition (the “Prizes”) are as follows:

1. For the first two (2) Winners of each draw:
   (a) two (2) “adidas” football jerseys (“Official Federation Jersey”) worth €100 each,
   (b) one (1) “adidas” backpack worth €35,
   (c) one (1) “adidas” cap worth €30,
   (d) one (1) “adidas” bottle worth €10.
2. For the third Winner of each draw:
   (a) one (1) “adidas” football jersey (“Official Federation Jersey”) worth €100,
   (b) one (1) “adidas” football (“Trionda Replica”) worth €40,
   (c) one (1) “adidas” backpack worth €35,
   (d) one (1) “adidas” cap worth €30,
   (e) one (1) “adidas” football (“Mini Ball Trionda”) worth €15,
   (f) one (1) “adidas” bottle worth €10.

The Prizes will be delivered by the Organizer no later than 31 July 2026.

The Prizes are personal and non-transferable, and the Winners are not entitled to exchange them for cash or other substitutable goods.

Selection of Winners

The Winners of the Competition (eighteen (18) and eighteen (18) alternates) will be selected by draws held on 15.06.2026, 22.06.2026, 29.06.2026, 06.07.2026, 13.07.2026 and 19.07.2026 at the Organizer’s offices, with three (3) Winners being selected in each draw.

An “eligible entry” means any participation that cumulatively meets the following conditions:
A. it has been prepared in accordance with these terms and does not violate applicable law, morality, or public order,
B. it has been submitted in accordance with clause 4 above,
C. it does not constitute, in the Organizer’s judgment, fraud or unfair interference by the Participant or a third party,
D. it has been submitted within the Competition period.

Winner Notification

The Organizer will notify:
(a) all Participants of the Winners’ details by posting their full names on the Organizer’s website (https://www.athensmetromall.gr) (the “Website”), and
(b) the Winners via telephone call, in order to collect the necessary data to proceed with Prize delivery.

Delivery of Prizes

The Prizes will be delivered at the Organizer’s offices in Agios Dimitrios, Attica, 276 Vouliagmenis Avenue, at a time to be determined by the Organizer in coordination with the Winners, provided that each Winner signs the Prize acceptance form and presents their ID card, passport, or other valid identification document confirming identity and age. This is a prerequisite for Prize delivery.

If Winners cannot be reached within five (5) calendar days from the phone call, or do not respond for any reason (including force majeure), or do not accept or collect the Prize within twelve (12) days of notification, they forfeit their right to the Prize, which passes to the first alternate winner.

Liability

The Organizer’s liability is limited to acts or omissions of fraud or gross negligence and does not extend to fortuitous events or force majeure. The Organizer is only responsible for the distribution of the Prizes and is not liable for any defects or issues arising from their use.

Publicity

The terms of participation are posted on the Website.

For information or complaints, Participants may contact: 210 9769444, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), 09:00–21:00.

Personal Data

The Organizer processes only the necessary personal data collected from Participants for the purpose of conducting the draw, publishing results, and delivering Prizes. Data is not transferred outside the EEA.

Processing is based on Participant consent, which may be withdrawn at any time via privacy@athensmetromall.gr without affecting prior lawful processing.

Data is retained for up to six (6) months after Prize delivery unless otherwise required by law.

Participants may exercise their rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability) or file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Revocation or Amendment

The Organizer may revoke or amend the Competition terms, including duration, via the Website.

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

Participation in the Competition implies unconditional acceptance of these terms
